Hands-On Blending: Roll up your sleeves and experiment with blending your own wine. Using a selection of high-quality base wines, you’ll mix and match to find the perfect balance of flavor, acidity, and body. We will guide you through the process, sharing tips and techniques along the way.

Tasting Notes: As you create your blend, savor the individual components. Discover how each wine contributes to the final profile and how small adjustments can lead to significant changes in taste.

Personalized Bottling: Once you’ve crafted your masterpiece, you’ll have the opportunity to bottle your unique blend that showcases your winemaking achievement. Take home a bottle that not only represents your creativity but also serves as a delightful memory of the experience.

Fellowship and Conversation: Perfect for groups of 6 or more, this is an interactive experience. Share insights, taste preferences, and stories as you bond over your shared passion for wine.
